We are changing how we handle certain aspects of the land development and remediation and We want to encourage the remediation of brownfield land and the use of Cluster projects, and reduce the amount of material that is sent for disposal. Equally we have to ensure the necessary measures are in place to ensure the environment and health is protected.

We are introducing an innovative sustainable development into Cameroon’s construction industry which is a considerable challenge, but success could bring quality-of-life dividends to those who live in towns and cities. Many issues have to be taken into account, from the use of ecologically sound building materials to assessing the environmental impact of urban development strategies.
